Lost Mountain Tree Hounds

Thanks for visiting the home of Lost Mountain Tree Hounds! We are located in northern Idaho and hunt mostly big game with our hounds. Our hounds are called upon frequently for problem cougar and bear. The local timber companies call upon our dogs to remove bears which damage their forests, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife call us all the time to take care of dangerous cougars. We also pleasure hunt for coon and do the occasional UKC bench show...These hounds are bred to achieve maximum speed, endurance, and true hunting and treeing abilities. Our hounds are Washburn bred; and specialize in game such as bear, cougar, bobcat and racoon. They will hunt in any conditons, are easy to handle, and most of all they will catch!
